startup command error....

  I need help to any computer expert out here.....I am facing a problem whereby my pc will show up a command "system cannot find the file specified"  on every starup of my pc. Anyone can help me with this? Thanks!

  first guess: cannot find the file specified because the file specified is gone, someone messed with it. 2nd guess, cannot find the file because the hard disk is gone. Can only guess...

  Download Tune up Utilites. Google it. Than run full system scan. It get rid of my problem which is like yours.
