dl speed is damn slow (around 0.1-0.3kbps), estimated dl time becomes like a few weeks to a few years. ive already port forwarded. whats the problem?
you port forwarded correctly?
1. Port forward
2. PC Firewall
3. Torrent Software
4. YOUR ISP? If its Starhub, you can forget about downloading stuff.

as in i only recently have this problem. previously its working normal.
anw, im using singnet, vista.. and no its not porn
You using what modem? If you using 2Wire, you have to go to homeportal to configure your firewall.
Okay, if you didn't do PFing,
Go to http://192.168.1.254
Go to firewall, Add a user defined app called Utor1, type in the port of choice, then add the definition to you computer. Make sure your uTorrent is using the same port. I am also a SingNet user, and I my average speed is around 300kbps, peak was 1+Mbps.
Just make sure whatever you are d/ling is legal. Or later kena something like Odex crackdown
And yes, I'm using Vista on my Laptop and desktop. laptop uses Draft-N, Desktop uses 10/100 LAN
what's the first number and the number in the bracket?
like 0(2222), what does it mean?
please check if your ip is public ipaddress.
most likely is the isp had install a new firewall.
X(Y), where X is the no. of seeders/leechers you are connected to directly, and Y is the no. of seeders/leechers in the swarm, or you are indirectly connected to those people (I.E. A connects to C via B)
