Smartphone and Internet connection

  Hi,

  I want to know, if i use a smartphone to connect to internet, whats the charge like? For GPRS and HSPA.

  If i don't have any data transfer or download, do I still pay for anything? Means if I just connect only.

  if i am correct

  if you are under singtel, u won't be charged if ur in their website

  same case for starhub.

  but for other website/msn.. u have to pay..

   

  charges i am not sure
