My PC can't shutdown

  after playing around with Tuneup ultities 2009..

  i cant get my pc to shut down..(meaning the shutdown button)
  
  even when press the shut down button once also won't shut down

  the only way is hold on to power button long long.. =.=

  Please describe in more details. Does Windows hang at the "Windows is shutting down" stage? Or does it not even show you this stage?

  looks like it can't even get to the log off page..

  you try using the Run command (Win key + R), then type this (w/o the " " marks):

  shutdown -s -t 00

  see if it works.

  If it can't even get to log off page, chances are that the command won't work either.
