HELP my com is lagging like siao

as above... and mostly it is on IE7 and it started on fri afternoon damn but I dont know why... I did not download much things and my free space is like 70% and when ever I watch youtube vid, it lags like siao plus when sometimes i open internet explorer, it lags like siao for 1 2 mins like that... I did a scan using Advanced SystemCare but still it lags even though I do spyware scans and virus.... also disk cleanup and defragment.
and stop saying my com sucks thanks...

have you tried lookind at your task manager?
if got iexplorer.exe even when you're not running it then thats a virus...wot you can do is actually disable it at the start up settings...

and I just found out that ie7 (yup) lags the most. plus in Window Task Manager, it shows that the mem usuage of ie7 is more than 19,000k lol is it normal plus I just found a weird exe in my processes and it called: svchost.exe and I wonder that does that means. cheers and warm regards
