as above... ok i knoe that the person who send this might have virus in the com but i need help by getting rid of it.

why do you need help to get rid of someone else's virus?
if he/she wants the help, he/she can ask. problem doesen't lie with your pc.. its the other person's pc.

Just block the person will do. This will stop him or her fm messaging you.

All my friend also like that. Just tell them, Sure don't believe. Then u use their antivirus and scan. The cookies problem. Then u know they scan comp once a year.
