  i was thinking of getting one of them but both have its cons & pro.

  i does not have many songs to put inside though, so i was thinking of getting a ipod touch 8gb.S$ 388

  any user using ipod touch 2nd gen??

  pls review about it over here

  2nd generation ipod touch better. Better design quality same but have extra features like loudspeaker. =D Slimmer too.

  Loudspeaker is not actually loud. LOLS. I'm using it. If you don't have too many songs, 8gb is too much for you and you won't maximise the iPod. Applications does not take up that much space either.

  im using pc not mac would it be easy to sync songs or movie over?

  & the movie convertor got any to recommend?

  PC can use itunes to sync songs and movies in.

  movies need to be converted to ipod mpeg4 format before syncing in.

  Yeh register a free account @ apple to download free app. But if you are rich you can pay for the app. obviously pay is better app than free. About the loudspeaker even its not that loud think of it as playing a few hundreds of song with earpiece.

  jailbreaking unlocks your iPhone or iPod touch to allow third party apps to run on it.  I'm thinking of jailbreaking my 2gen 8gb Touch. but Mr. google told me the available program to jailbreak is for mac only. don't have windows version at this time. any1 knows how to J.B. a 2.2.* ver, 2gen ipod touch for windows?
