Cannot make video call and call (MSN)

  This is for those who is currenly using Window Live Messager 9:
  
  
  Today my friend suppose to make a call from the MSN but then cannot sia... it say what:

   

   

  Your computer does not have a sound card, or a sound card is not selected.

   

   Messenger is not available right now. Please try again later. (0x8ac70004)

   

  Then when I click on audio and video setup, it says: we are unable to run audio and video setup

   

  what the hell...

  i think your sound card got problem , your com got sound come out mahs? e.g windows start up , shut down..

  windows live messenger version 2009 can only webcam/videocall with ppl who haf the same version.. ppl who use older version can c u but u'll haf problems seeing them..
  
  delete that version and install back d older version (version 8.5) is d best solution..

  actually got better way than skype.. go to www.tokbox.com.. u juz haf to sign up.. no need to download anything..plus can more than 2-way video call.. if im not wrong it's up to 16 ppl video call..
