Help! HDD partition problem!

  How come my HDD after did partitions, 2 Windows OS appear in the startup page?

  

  How to remove it?

  did u install the windows on both partitions in the first place?

  No, i didn't.

  I install Windows into C drive

  D drive is empty and I reformat D as well, so I don't think I install 2 OS.

  So is only 1 OS ...
  Right Click My Computer and click Properties > Advanced > Click Setting in Startup an Recovery > Uncheck the check box in Time to display list of operating systems or change it to 0 seconds.
