Recovering lost documents on corrupted harddisk

  as above. just recently i cant access the documents in my samsung 120GB 2.5" SATA ext hdd. suspected to be corrupt. are there any services to retrieve back lost documents etc anywhere in singapore? because i have some really important stuff inside my hdd. thanks.

  tried my luck at samsung customer service centre and they told me that i am only allowed to exchange for a new hdd instead of retrieving back my files -.-
