hi guys. need some advice here. i went overseas for 2 weeks and i didnt realised my singtel SIM card was missing until i reached sg and wanted to look for it. i called Singtel to temporary cut off my line and request for a new SIM card, but found out that a bill of $250 has already been charged to my account. is there anyway for singtel to weave off the bill? also, if i decide to terminate my account, do i still need to pay the outstanding bills? thanks for the help
no police report made asap b4 the bill is charged... no talk...
to pay or not... think lor... u go restaurant eat, then u go toliet shit, can u tell the waiter eh... i ate but shit out liao, means i where got eat, so i can dont pay... u think can?
Basically, no. You will still have to pay the fine. I'm sorry, but that's the way things are. Rednano did put it in an accurate way though....
terminating the account pior to it's minimal contract term will result in an additional penalty as stated in your contract.
thus you will actually pay more if you terminate it, on top of the bill you will be paying
