i recently got a mac and installed the trial version of photoshop cs4 on it. it is running extremely slowly and the i get the 'could not perform the action because scratch disks are full' icon popping up all the time. there is nothing on my scratch disk so i wonder what else is the problem. im new to mac and bad at photoshop..so pls help!!
Recently found a similar photoshop like tool ( adchiosk reflect ) by a local Singapore company, you might want to give it a go and it's free.

I am guessing that it could be because your memory space somewhere is loaded. You can try to move some of your "temporary memory" elsewhere like inside your external hard disk.
Cuz Photoshop requires a certain amount of space remaining in your computer/laptop to perform well. Thats why you get such problems. Happened to me the last time too, I moved lotsa stuff out and Wah-lah no more warnings.
