Window Live Messenger

  I know, i should try search, but, can't help much and the topic has expired. I need help here.

  I am unable to log on to Window Live Messenger...error messenger was:

   

  

   I am using firefox..

  Sometimes I encounter this problem too. Just exit the whole messenger and start again and it will work. Right click at the messenger logo at your task bar and click exit, not the close button.

  me using window live messenger 2009... but whenever i log on, it always display unable to log in,  error code: 800401f3.

  ya me also but i managed to solve the problem by installing msn messenger 7.2 (search download msn messenger 7.2), then when you try to sign in, they will ask you to download a new version of messenger. The funny thing is, the 'new' version you download will not be WLM 2009, but the version before that, so in other words, you managed to back-track and messenger will be able to work normally.

  At least thats wad happened for me.
