I'm not sure what is the problem. I can't even turn it on... no lights,no fans. The CPU couldn't be started! I tried switching my PSU wif a working one but it still couldn't be on. The weird thing is that my other CPU only blink when using the faulty PSU (i think)!
So isit the PSU problem? or other problem?
Before everything, check that the power button on ur casing is not spoilt. if not sure, see the wire that connects the power butoon to the mainboard, pluck it out, use a screwdriver to make the 2 pin contact
Need be very careful

Can the first system be switched on after you have swapped the PSU?
Nope! I also tried using a new PSU. Nothing could be switched on. Wad could be the problem?

Well, that would be complicated, because if your second system can't work with the PSU from the first system, obviously that means your first PSU is spoilt. But if your first system can't work with a brand new PSU, then it means that there is another component on your first system that is also spoilt. You'll need swap each component of both systems part by part until you can determine the second spoilt component.
i presume that u got one working and one faulty computer.
after swaping the PSU the faulty CPU still cannot power on. this means that the mother board of the faulty CPU is faulty as well. so repairing this faulty CPU is not worth it.
Yeah... Tried swapping and the only part left to check is the motherboard i think! Guess the motherboard is faulty.
Probably its your motherboard. Did you see any bloated capacitors?
It ever happen to my pc. there is nothing spoilt thou tat is the psu.
In the end , took out everything out from casing, bare motherboard , ram , cpu , processor n psu . able to bootup no problem . find out the casing is socked with psu.
if still cannot powerup maybe psu spoilt.
PSU power settings correct anot?
