recommend portable media players aka mp4

  can recommend some to me? like some cheap cheap brand, or good types or damn powerful players.

   

  and any of them can play divx or xvid , rmvb codecs ma? or must convert?

  Good and cheap don't usually go together leh. My nokia e90 plays them mp4 container, in xvid format. I use mediacoder to convert all types, mkv, rmvb, and such. I encode at 1056kbps, and 30fps, coz the processor, and ram can support it. Of coz the files will end up big, but no problem for an 8gb card. Using a quadcore 2.4g, it shouldn't take you over 20 mins to convert a 2hr+ movie from any format. Make sure you have the latest k lite codec pack installed, makes mkv conversion a breeze.

  i recommend cowon d2. best media player i've ever came across with excellent audio sounds and extremely lasting battery life.
