My pc specs are Intel Core 2, 1.8ghz and 1 GB of Ram. Graphic card using Nvidia Geforce 7900GS.
I suppose that 7900gs is quite a good graphic card but when I play need for speed undercover, it lag like hell! Any solution to solve the problem?

huh? 7900GS = good ar?
Supposely i think its your processor. than increase ram abit.

by looking at your specifications, and the given minimum and reccomended specifications, your computer is way too crap, and without much saying, it will lag. your computer has only 1.8GHz processor speed and 1GB of RAM, how are you able to run a game that needs 2GB of RAM and at least 2.2GHz processor speed? time for major overhaul.

I suppose ma...
Oh i see, thanks nenepokey. Think will do a major overhaul soon.

haha! no problem. maintain the current Hard Disk as much as possible. suggest that you add in another hard drive.

Hmmmm, why do I have to add another hard drive? I thought one would be enough?
my cpu is pentium D 930 worhh..
but i still qualify coz its 3.0GHz.

cant say how hot it is.. my cpu temp sensor is screwed. speedfan reports it as 0 degrees C.altho im thinking it shdnt go anywhere over 45 celsius.. its fan cooled, but that fan runs pretty darn fast, so yeah.

You sure? Pentium Ds are extremely hot. My old single-core Celeron D 2.4 was like close to overheating (with fan opened and recently-cleaned cooler), so a higher-clocked, higher performance CPU from the same generation (Netburst) should be hotter. I'm thinking around 50-90C. Could go over 100, i guess. Im glad my Q6600 runs really cool. Good headroom for OCing. I heard can OC to 3.6GHz on standard air(with stock cooler).
Anyway, I recommend Quad-core CPUs. Future-proof, as one guy said.

the new G0 stepping?
My Q9450 runs hot, even though it is 45nm, i clocked it at 3.34ghz with 3rdparty cpu cooler
Reaching around 62 on full load, last time when i did not install it properly, i can reach over 75

Yes, 95W TDP. The B stepping was like 130W TDP, WTF?
Idle at 2.7GHz - 42C average. Load is 60C.
