Microsoft has released a security update for customers.
A security webcast is also available to address technical issues and questions.

How great is this? Lol but i don be so sure about it,
Firefox is still the best. We can quality, not popularity.
If you go around tech forums or general local forums, I think you will spot a high number of people using alternative browsers like FF and Opera. It's not a wonder that Singapore isn't hit.
Even if hit, I doubt if any of them would call Microsoft.
I think SG size maybe why we aren't hit. It's much more easier and effective to educate a small population, as compared with those with huge populations like US and France.
I can't gauge the effectiveness of our computer education here (including upgrading for workers) , but in terms of security, due to media reports, to some extent, people are aware and they get the more savvy users to teach and educate them.
