Recommend 8GB Thumbdrive

  Can anyone recommend me a reasonable(good yet value for money) thumbdrive, 8 GB? Trek?

  And if possible the best place to get it, most of the time i get my stuffs from Challenger so if there is a better place recommend me.

  this is good, i think a Sandisk U3 Cruzer Micro is also good, but the Contour will be better.

  i think the Sandisk U3 Cruzer Micro will be the cheapest, as compared to the Sandisk Contour and Imation Swivel Flash Drive. but one 8GB Sandisk Cruzer Micro will cost at least $25.

  wah then for $20 budget which brand of 8GB thumbdrive can buy?

  Toshiba Transmemory 8 GB selling for $23 @ SLS Best Bargain. But I would rather you spend a few more bucks and get something better, such as a Cruzer Micro.

  and yar, Sandisk is better than Imation. I had 2 thumbdrives from Imation last time, but both bought at different times. And in the end, both of them brokedown within a year, and i have to go to their centre (at an industrial estate) for a replacement under warranty. Sandisk, for 1.5 years, it has not brokedown once.

  Just bought 8GB Scandisk thumbdrive at $27.90 (retractable type) yesterday at Sim Lim. Non-tractable type (ie with cap cover type) 8GB scandisk thumdrive at $26.90 lor.
