What is the brand of the computer that you are using

For HP computers some unit may not comes with Recovery Disk. You will need to built it yourself using the software inside.

I can't remember if it come with the recovery disk. Normally I will keep it with my other software but I can't find it ... anyway, can you tell me how I can check for this built-in software ?

From what i know, HP laptops inclusive of Business Laptops and Pavilion Series do not come with Recovery Discs.
You will have to burn your own Discs.
I can't tell you exactly what software to use to built the Recovery CD or DVD. Try searching the Start -> All Programs. Or Under HP utilities something like that.

im planning to go down personally and collect.. so any other faults can immediately pinpoint to them.
i hope they rmbed to fix the bloody keyboard.. the : key is so sensitive that i dont even have to press it to make it type.. i just rest a finger lightly on it and there it goes.

i know, mine was under warranty, then one freaking hdd cost me $850
so u had to pay in the end?
