Rapidshare premium: hw to increase dl speed?

  I am on starhub cable.. currently downloading at 20 to 30mb/s which is sloooow.  I saw a few settings to change download servers in the rapidshare options, but I don't know which one is the best.  Any suggestions?

  Har?! 20 - 30 MB/s is too slow ah? Hmm...how about migrating to UK and using their internet connection instead?

  if i'm not wrong there are external programs that can can help to download the files. Have reached 1mb/s before using them.
