I think it is just an App to remove the words and leave the Icon there only. It is pretty small, but useful if you want a clean taskbar.

Kinda inconvenient if I have to work with multiple folders / windows of same apps. It's something like opening 40 tabs in Firefox 1.5 where you can only see a small icon for each tab and you spend quite some time trying to guess which is which.

but anyway i limited the characters of the app in my taskbar to save taskbar space!
