I accidently get a spyware or trojan horse in my com... The name of it is Trojan-Downloader.Zlob.ZNX... Anyone can please teach me how to remove it completely from my com?

Just to add more info on it, i got that trojan when i was tryin to play a music tat i just downloaded from the internet... After i tried to open the music file to listen, websites started poppin out,askin me to download some anti-spywares... I tried clearin it a few times with my anti-spyware programme-Spyware Doctor but it still came back... Can anyone help me?

And oso my com start experiencin a few lags... My com was much faster den be4... Like it used to take a few seconds to start up when i log in into my computer account now it takes longer time and also makin my internet speed much slower den be4... N becoz im using a router, i think it might have spreaded to my bro' laptop as he claimed that his laptop is oso experiencin some problems... Help help!! Any recomendations for free and good anti spywares/virus programmes that can help solve my problem?

try AVG 8.0 free. go run a full system scan, and make it a slow scan so that it can detect. go to www.avg.com to find out more.
