  anyone know how to merge this two pictures together?

  like the footpath to the left side of the road,then the river to the right side of the road accordingly.

  Can use photoshop? If can,how?

  Yes can use photoshop. Use lasso tool to crop out the part of the picture you want and copy layer and paste it over to another picture.
