Hi,
I have a Motorola SBG1000 router. I have been lagging and getting disconnected every few days. It used to work fine. I think it's either a problem with the router or something at the ISP's side, as my comp has no malware. The ISP tech said it could be weak signal so he increased the signal strength, but the problem is still happening. The lights on the router go out and appear after a few minutes.
I am posting my router logs below. It is intended for use by an authorized Motorola Corporation Cable Modem technician but I want to see if anyone here could shed any light on this. Thanks in advance.
Cable Log (I got disconnected at around 11:01 and it started working at around 11:05 when i rebooted my router):

Possible router spoil. To trouble shoot get a normal modem to test if the same problem persist. Good luck.
My internet keeps cut off and the error message is disconnected due to idle timeout.
I am using Singtel Broadband internet.

So, any solution to solve the disconnected due to idle timeout problem other than to change ISP provider. I have signed a 24 months contract with Singnet, so I cannot change ISP now.
