Need Help in DS lite.. =(

Hi, does anyone knows how can i resolve this problem? My top LCD screen always blank whenever i on it.. but you can see traces of the image on the screen.. Once in a while after i leave it for like an hour or so.. it will then lit up normally... Please help me.. =( Thanks!
