File cannot be deleted?

  Just tried to delete a file and all i got was this

  its a .exe. i have alr uninstalled the game and everything but i just cant seem to delete the file \:

  how?

  Restart the computer and try deleting again. If it still doesn't work, install Unlocker and try again.
