Half download screen?

Hi Bros.. Help needed..~
Recently i wanted to download the Itunes from apple website and when i click on the
download, the pop-up which prompt mi whether to save at which location display half of it
only..as in it can't be drag down or resize..any bro know wat happen to it, and how can i
solve this prob?? thx alot..
