Since your laptop is currently using an integrated graphics card, you'll probably need to send it to its manufacturer to replace the motherboard with one that has a PCIe slot available first before you can install a standalone graphics card onto it. Do note that a laptop graphics card is different from a desktop graphics card, and is not commonly sold on its own.
