Enter in the code and continue. Google is crazy these days, I'm entering the codes everyday, with every single query I perform.

Sometimes cannot, but now can.

It's back up now. I guess Google was doing some investigation on total number of hits that they receive. Kind of checking if any bugger program trying to access google. I used to get that where I was too annoyed, that I even thought of using some other search engine, now they have back in full form.
