  I tio conned subscribed to it.  Now giving me headaches everyday.   Disconnection can be as bad as once in 15 to 20 mins, sometimes 5 mins, 10 mins.   EVeryday encounter disconnnetion.

  In fact, I called almost all the service providers and the M1 staff discouraged me to sign up stating that mobile line not stable, plus I read too many negative feedback.   

  Now I regret signing up with STarhub.

  I not only used on notebk mah, most of the time on home pc, so he said mobile line not stable in residential area, so I thought it a good idea to listen.

  I know the subscription fee of M1 is much lower.

  So far I subscribed to both singtel (home broadband) and starhub (mobile broadband).    Singtel is more stable but service sucks.     NObody complain about the home broadband of STarhub.

  So think about what you require then decide.   Meanwhile can go round asking all the service providers to get info.

  move your modem to another port. (cable tv port)

  plug it in.

  from there.

   

  it could be due to a weak signal from that spot.

  - starhub technicians have this device that tests the signal of the "white box". if your signal is low, they will suggest you to use other ports.
