Blue screen of death!?

the com i am using kena spyware, when i have finish installing avg...it auto restart,but windows is finally booted up, there is a blue screen of death?...anyway to heal this??

everytime you reboot, does it show that msg?

if so, post the msg.

yes,the msg may nt be v accurate...cant rmb...lol

A problem has been detected and window is shutting down,
they sae try changing video adapters,rn a memory check,disable any newly installed software

AVG sucks. Use Avast. Now Avast has antispyware and antirootkit too.

Have u tried booting with Windows CD/DVD and choose Repair?

After AVG is installed, did it scan your computer and did you tell it to remove any files?
