Audio Problem in Skype, MSN Video Call & Display in Web Page

  Kindly I request your help to solve my problem

   

  (1) When I use MSN and Skype Video Chatting,

  I can get very clear video but totally the audio zero.

  Ear phone & speaker dead

  But testing result OK

  I try & try to solve, end up with same negative result.

  My desktop operating system Window Vista Home Edition

   

  (2) Suddenly past one month, my office notebook give problem

  When I surf the net, always the display with very tiny fonts

  everytime I need to click 'User Defind"

  Last time not like that

  How to solve the problem

  Please help me

   

  I'm very basic in IT.

  1. I would need you to be more clear in the description of your problem. So is it that there's no sound output from the other party and he/she can't hear you either?

  2. Can you include some screenshots of the text that is rendered with small fonts?
