What other program other than Illustrator can I use?
Erm. I honestly don't think Adobe Illustrator edits PDF files. Adobe Acrobat does.

Well, I have used Illustrator to make changes to PDFs in the past. I believe Professional might have editing functions, but haven't got round to trying it out.
You can edit using photoshop as well
What I would like to do is change some words on a PDF file. Photoshop is used for inserting pix rite?
I guess we're all partially right about this.
