I don't get why you can't get there?
Click on the triangle next to Options. Select More Options.
You will be brought to a new page.
Click on View and edit your personal information
You will be brought to yet another page.
Click on Profile on the left hand side.
Under Windows Live Account profile, click on Edit your Account profile.
You will be brought to another page. Edit as necessary and save the changes.
