Hi,
Anyone knows of any media player that can read IDX/SUB? The video format is in .avi and I use VLC player... The video works but the subtitles are missing...
The SUB is actually a .mpg extension
And there's an error.. "Unrecognized format for 'D:\24\24.S03E02.SFM.idx'"
Can check here for all kinds of file extensions and the list of its relevant programs..

Thanks, but I did
LOL... ok.. My bad..
AVI/DivX/XviD video
Install VobSub or VSFilter/DirectVobSub, rename the subtitle file to the same name as the video file but with the extension .srt(or.sub). Example:
video.avi
video.srt
Play the AVI with your favorite software video player and the subtitles
should appear. You should also see a green arrow in the system tray,
right click on it to change subtitles settings.
