When using disk defragmentation, the harddisk can only defrag 50% and a message will say that there are files that cannot be defragmented.
Is there any other defragmentation software and where to get it ?

Files that can't be defragmented are usually system files or files that are in use. I'm not sure why it ends at 50% for you though. Is there very little free disk space available when the data on the disk is being defragmented? And yea, there are several alternatives out there, such as the well-known Diskeeper.
