  Please post your Internet Explorer security settings.

  Tools > Internet Options > Security tab

  i recently den discover it is the Msn today showing your inbox, does not pop out when you sign in.

  Just the Internet. Trusted, Untrusted, etc is not needed.

  How come we cannot use the older versions of MSN anymore?

   

  When I log in, the MSN prompts me to get a newer version but when I try downloading the newer version, it states that it is not supported by my windows xp.

   

  So I am in limbo, can't use the old version, can't download the newer version.

   

  So how?

  Also, disable the Show MSN Today or whatever that crap is.

  Tools > Options

  On the left, select Sign In.

  Untick Show Windows Live Today after I sign to Messenger box.

  Click OK to apply the settings.

  For now, also disable script debugging in IE.

  Tools > Internet Options

  Select the Advanced tab.

  Untick both of these boxes - Disable script debugging (Internet Explorer) and Disable script debugging (Others)

  Click OK to apply the settings.

  Looks OK to me. Try the above steps to turn off Windows Live Today and disable script debugging.
