is starhub blocking ports?

im using bitcomet and every ports i use is blocked.
same with limewire...

Check your router and firewall settings.
By the way, most ISPs do throttle P2P programs download speeds.

Something was wrong just now. If you were surfing a website just now, it was ok, but after that cannot even connect to Yahoo. Ping here and there, cleared dns and ipconfig and all but still refuse to connect. Finally after abt 10 mins or so connection resume

i can't even get to google just now 15 mins ago. now it's back.
about bitcomet... guess i just have to live with it for 2 yrs.

must be starhub fault..
