Im not new here but i jus din bother to sign up but im a forum lurker lols
So this is the prob as u can see from my blog(link below) , the tagboard is like difficult to see so i want the page to repeat itself like not scroll from the inside but from outside the page
AHH i dunno how to explain i hope s1 can understand

yeah dun understand. U wan the tagboad not to scroll? or u want ur image not to scroll? or u wan the main page not to scroll?

U may want to change the height of the tag board. make it smaller so tat ppl need not scroll so long to type the msg.
If u wan 2 disable the scrolling is the 1 in bold just change the "auto" to "no"
(/tag board)
Note tat the view ppl see is due to the setting of the user perfered best view, some like super large font, so if u disable the scroll, he might not be able to see wat u write below
