power supply unit

  anyone noes wad is the cheapest power supply unit for about 300 to 400w?

  i need a 24 pin ATX and 4 pin auxiliary ones (for supporting amd motherboards.)

   

  and a sata to IDE converter also. thanks.

  eh, i got a coolermaster extreme power 390W but den seems like it is nt powering.

  below is the specs of my cpu:

   

  AMD 4600 Athlon x2 processor

  Palit motherboard N68S

  Bliss 8400GS PCX 256MB graphic

  2 IDE harddisk

   

  how come not powering up? (no display on monitor)

  no display on screen =/= pc not working. is the fan running? can u hear the HDD reading? are indicator lights on the PC on?

  juz saying that the monitor showing nothing doesetn mean the PC isnt working.

  not being an it expert here cus im not an expert.. juz average but juz giving my two cents. from wad i know.
