Blue screen ...

  Hi .. every so often my Pc crashes then i get a blue screen after, i've run scans on my pc, no spyware/virus. Any ideas how to fix this ?

  would be good if you can start by telling us:

  • hardware specs of your computer
  • OS version
  • at exactly when did your computer crash? (i.e. blue screen showed up after opening a certain program or after logging into Windows den auto show the blue screen)

  uninstall whatever software/driver that was last installed into the system and pray that it works...if not...quite possible that U have hardware issue
