Anyone knows if there is an easy way to increase print buffer size in Windows XP SP2?
Situation is that user is sending a HUGE amount of data to a dot matrix printer via parallel port connected to a print server...some of the data will either disappear or get corrupted while printing...so now thinking of some way to increase the print buffer/spool...I can clear the entire buffer...but it doesnt really solve my problem.
Anyone?

From what the webpage mentioned, could be problem with not enough disk space. Maybe you can check which is your spool directory and see if that partition has enough disk space to support the HUGE amount of data.

only 1 HDD with no partition.Plenty of free HDD space left.
Have you tried to disable print spooling and print direct to printer?
