No internet? and using ZoneAlarm?

  Problem: Microsoft Update KB951748 is known to cause loss of internet access for ZoneAlarm users on Windows XP/2000. Windows Vista users are not affected.

  Solution2:
  Uninstall Security update for Windows (KB951748) through Add/Remove Programs

  Do not uninstall any security patches. ZA has released a new version to fix the problem.

  Download and install the new version.

  Uninstall ZoneAlarm and try out Comodo Personal Firewall.

  I also have this problem since sat. Try this try tat also cannot. Finally i disable ZA than can. Was wondering Y. Thanks TS for the Information.
