hi, i tried to format my compute by right-clicking the C:/ drive icon. but there was an error, saying that i was still running some windows utility so i cant format.
so, i tried to reinstall windows with my fujitsu recovery CDs (that came with the laptop). however, it did not delete all my current programs in C:/ drive. and yet, the programs could not be used. they were merely files in C:/ drive and could not be found on my Start menu.
Is there any way i can reformat my computer to its original factory settings with all my current installed programs deleted?
Thanks for any help! (:
You can try alt+f10 at startup. It should work.

thanks but nothing happened when i pressed alt+f10....
is it wise to delete everything from my C:/ drive THEN reinstall windows using the cd? what are the consequences?
no. it is not wise.
Your Fujitsu should come with reformat/recovery discs.
Pop it in and let it run (during start up) then follow the steps.
or.
go start
then search for any Fujitsu software that has recovery or reformat.
Run that programme.
but if i ALREADY deleted everything in my C:/ drive, is there anything i can do? =x must i send it to Fujitsu service desk? how much will it cost for a reformat like this?
How did you delete your c drive?
If you did delete, you will not be able to access your laptop @ all.
What Fujitsu model are you using?
