Chainfusion - Merchant Account BEWARE! Must Read!

Dear All,
Recently our company utilized the services of a Payment Processing Company known as Chainfusion which managed Buybuttonz and 12epay.com
Please be warned of their unethical practice of purposefully witholding earnings just because their terms state that they can hold the monies for 6 MONTHS.
Our company suffered accusations from customers when the staff accidently made double charge as their system has NO REFUND BUTTON. But we sent an email asking their Chief Financial Director to cancel immediately but they did not and purposefully allowing the accidental charge to be canceled become a chargeback case. Using that as reason, they hold ALL OUR EARNINGS of up to $200,000 SGD This has been carrying on from February 2008 till TODAY July 2008.
We need to pay bills, outsource services, rentals, amongst so many other committments and we cannot do anything except suffer and wait on... a court case would mean forking out more monies. But CHAINFUSION has our monies.
We place this notice as an effort to warn others who might end up in the same situation if we kept quiet. We place this notice so as for you to learn and not suffer this painful lesson.
A similar notice was placed here yesterday, but removed. Why ? What is your reason for removing a notice that is placed to warn our readers of the dangers of an unethical merchant account provider like Chainfusion! I will take a Printscreen of this Notice and the next time if it is removed again, I will understand why. I will post on American servers whom allow freedom of speech.
