VMware Server's Virtual OS Size

  Hello, may i know if its possible to set the screen size(not resolution,but physical virtualised size) of the virtual Operating System in the VMware Server?

   

  Both of my virtualised OS,Red Hat Enterprise Linux and Windows 98 keep showing the same screen size(think XGA) even as i played around the settings.

  The only way is to change the screen resolution.
