[Virus Removal] Help Needed

Hokay....i am again helping friend removing virus, and need to trouble the professionals over here again
With so many experience, the only thing i can do is to post the following:
Hijackthis Log Of My Fren's computer
Syndromes:
A lot of those (sthname).tmp files
When a file has almost completed it's downloading, user would be prompt with "access Denied"More details would be updated

antec truepower quatto 850w PSU
4gb Ramaiya the spec is good enough....

, okay, i also think so, i thought would be some hardware problem, im comp idiot -
um pillow, these .tmp files are the ones that contain commands to ur spyware, malware and trojans.
I kena b4 can ask pillow. this is very dangerous, as people might use the computer for malicious means.

ya... that time last resort to reformatbut my fren comp is temp file in the local settings, when close msn then dun have, anyway, he reformatted no problem already
