Am contemplating between the new creative zen and the creative zen vision w which still sells in sls.
1. What are the advantages and disadvantages of a flash base player
compared to hard disk? Will i experience failures such has hdd failure
on a flash base player etc.. any other problems?
2. The creative zen's video quality is 1m+ whereas the vision w has
only 262k. is it an considerable difference and can be seen obviously
while watching videos?
3. Why did creative phase our the vision w so early?
4. Does the upcoming PC SHOW sell creative products?
5. When inserting the SD card into the zen, am i able to transfer photos/videos to the player's memory? What's the speed like?
Thanks in advance!
Hdd vs Flash.
A flash based player would be able to withstand knocks and impact more greater than those of hdd based, as hard drives are "actually discs which has a needle to read and write data" , in a case of a knock when it is actually writing data, reading data, the dics must be scratched and it causes damage to the hard drive.
Yes the upcoming show sells creatiive products.
You should be able to transfer videos and photos via sd card. Speed of transfer depends on the card. how fast it writes ect.
quite unsure about qn 2 and 3
