Do they sell computer components like graphics cards and power supplies at PC show? I have never seen these being sold at the previous PC shows. I am planning on buying one and was wondering whether i should wait untill the PC show starts.

Another floor, you mean the PC show occupies more than one floor? Geez, its been quite some time since went to these shows.
Yup, they occupy quite alot of space, I personally have helped my uncle at two of these events and at suntec it took up 4 levels of convention halls at expo it takes up hall 1-6(is that all?). It's a crazy place out there. You'll never move at 7pm on a weekend
be prepared for butt pinching, pie peak hour human jams! and body odour glore!
haha, definitely not for those who are claustrophobic

SINGAPORE: The annual PC show which will be held from the 12—15 June is going to be bigger and better. This year’s show takes up four floors at the Suntec Convention Centre and organisers expect a higher business turnover.
The Suntec Convention Centre is a hive of activities during the June school holidays, especially during the weekends. This week, it’s the world book fair and Barney’s 20th anniversary concert.
But next week, the target audience will be different with the annual PC show.
The four—day event attracted nearly 900,000 people in 2007 and this year, the attendance figure is expected to hit a million.
Organisers of the annual PC show said sales turnover at the show has been improving year by year. They added that they are not expecting a dampening effect at this year’s show despite concerns of inflation and the rising costs of living"
Gillian Loh, Lines Exposition and Management Services, said: "This year, we already have more than 600 exhibitors and in terms of sales turnover we are looking at more than S$50 million against the estimated S$26.2 million last year.
“Visitors tend to look for new products. There could be the new Macbook Air which will be showcased by EP Centre. Canon has a first—ever business which uses pigment reaction technology. So there are much more exciting products the exhibitors will be launching during the show."
Gadgets at good prices have kept consumers coming back for more.
Ms Loh continued: "Most of the consumers know that the PC show itself is a very good platform for them to find out what is the best bargain around. So to them, they can be rest assured they will have a good bargain."
And for every S$50 dollars spent at the show, buyers can stand to win S$10,000 in a lucky draw.
The annual PC show is now into its 19th year in Singapore. — CNA/vm

Will be on the lookout for PS3 games.
Xbox 360!
Hear MS going to release a Blu-ray version soon, but MS keeps denying.
LOL
Go there watch some people play games.
I think I'll try to get a 8MP and simple to use digital cam from there...
there is very little chances that there are many shops selling graphics card mother board etc ...
maybe you should focus on the complete set instead.
good luck.
i wanna buy handphone from starhub...
a few things i wanna buy. maybe referring to my other topic on the slow booting up of pc might be a clue why, but even if the problem is solved, im still gonna run ahead and get 2X1gb ram.
im wondering if they sell a good, reputable brand 800w psu there..
and also ATi HD3870/ASUS EAH3870 or something among that by powercolor, xfx or whatever. i really really want a hd3870 =)
edit: going to try and snag a deal for an olympus e510 dslr
Gona get a 19inch Lcd tv with pc input to use as a monitor for my "cracked" screen laptop.
Went to the show yesterday. Found just two booths selling PC componenets. One was by MSI and the other was some shop from Sim Lim. And their product range was not very great either. In the end i just went over to Sim Lim and bought my graphics card and PSU.
If you are planning to buy a laptop then you will be spoilt for choices, plenty of brands and offers. I also noticed a drop in digital cameras /camcorders on sale. i also noticed plenty of open spaces between booths. Its not like previous PC shows where every inch is packed.
there got sell PS3?
