It's probably caused by overheating. As you've said, one fan broke down. When the side panels are removed, it ran better. You'll need to another fan to cool it down.

i use windows XP. Btw , recently windows has told me my windows is faked. and warned me to change to original one. IS this the reason for auto restart because there is some windows bug caused by the fact that my windows is faked., as in pirated.
